Everything we sell is made to order. Expect 7 to 21 days of making time before your order ships.

Yes. Once it is painted, we send you a photo of your finished piece to approve.

Yes. We print everything in-house, then sand, prime and finish it by hand in Calgary.

We ship across Canada with tracking, and pickup in Calgary is free if you would rather grab it in person. Shipping outside Canada is not available yet.

Flat rates by region: Alberta $12.99, BC, Saskatchewan and Manitoba $16.99, Ontario and Quebec $18.99, Atlantic Canada $21.99. Orders over $179 ship free.

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, before we start printing. Message us and we will update the details or refund you in full.

Because every piece is made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once painting has started. That is why we send you a photo to approve first.

Send us photos of the piece and the box within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or remake it at no cost.

Yes. Every base is made with room to grow, so a new baby, partner or pet can join anytime.
