Every figurine is modelled from your photos, printed in our Calgary studio and painted by hand. Here’s what happens after you order.
Five steps, two of them yours
You send the photos and pick a week. We handle the rest and check in with you before anything ships.

Send your photos
Upload up to three photos when you order. One full body and one closer on faces helps most.

Pick a production week
Choose the week we make it. Each week only has a few spots, so every piece gets proper time.
- 03
We model and print
Your photos become a 3D model, printed in matte PLA. If a photo won’t give a good likeness, we’ll ask for another first.

Painted by hand
Faces, clothes and fur, one brush at a time.
- 05
You approve it
We send a photo of the finished piece. It ships, gift-boxed, once you say yes.
Photos that work best
Phone photos are fine. Good light and clear faces matter more than the camera.
Do
- Face the camera in good light
- Show the full outfit if you want it matched
- Send one photo per person or pet
- Include glasses, hats or anything they always wear
Try to avoid
- Heavy filters or beauty effects
- Faces covered by hands, hair or shadows
- Group photos where faces are very small
- Blurry or very dark photos
