Pricing questions
Are taxes and shipping included?
No. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Orders over $179 ship free anywhere we ship in Canada, and pickup in Calgary is always free.
What if we’re a group of five or more?
Bigger groups need a larger base. Message us with how many people and pets, and we’ll send a quote before you pay.
How big is it?
Each figure stands about 15 cm (6 in) tall. Each extra person or pet widens the base so everyone fits.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering and before printing starts. Because every piece is made for you, we can’t take returns once painting has begun. Read the full policies.
