What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces and outfits are easy to see. Full body is best. You can send a few if one photo doesn’t show everything.
Will I see it before it ships?
Yes. Once it’s painted we send you a photo of your finished figurine. It only ships once you approve it.
How big is it?
Each figure stands about 15 cm (6 in) tall. Each extra person or pet widens the base so everyone fits.
Changes, cancellations and returns
You can change or cancel within 24 hours, before printing starts. Because every piece is made for you, we can’t take returns once painting has begun. If it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we’ll repair or remake it.
